The Indigo Bowl works with the sixth or third eye chakra, vibrates to the note A, is ruled by Neptune and is also aligned with water. This bowl works with all sensory organs, blood and muscle control and can improve intuition. It represents spiritual understanding, the inner-self, wisdom and spiritual values. This dark blue bowl is the ray of Indigo people who are conscious from the time of birth and are our teachers. A purifying frequency, it also helps with inflammation and links the pituitary gland with the skeleton.
