FES Flower Essence Questionnaire

(This questionnaire was created by Patricia Kaminiski, one of the originators of the Flower Essence Society. We have been given permission to reprint it, and have made minor formatting changes. We have also deleted the auestions relating to the flower essences which we sell as the Bach Flower Remedies.)

We recommend that you print out the questionnaire. (It's approximately 16 pages long, and is divided into four sections.) The name of each flower essence (107 in all) is followed by three or four questions.

We suggest that you go through the list and check off those issues you experience always or frequently, with the key "A" or "F." Issues you experience sometimes should be marked "S." Ignore questions dealing with issue or emotions you never experience.

When you've finished going through the questionnaire you can grade your responses as follows:

If you've answered all of the questions relating to a particular flower essence with "A," this is a high priority for you.

A combinations of "A"s and "S"s indicates a strong possibility for you.

You may also find a situation in which you have only one "A" answer and nothing else for a group of questions, but that "A" feels so strong to you that you may want to consider making this flower essence a priority.

We generally recommend taking a maximum of five flower essences at once. Remember that you don't need to solve every issue in your life simultaneously, and you may discover that once the larger issues are resolved the smaller ones may fade away.
